At arvato systems we employ the microsoft Sure Step methodology in all our projects. The Sure Step methodology provides an end-to-end business process flow that guides us by means of field-tested best practices and proven project management principles, which enable us to implement, optimize and upgrade our products. The Microsoft Sure Step Methodology is supplemented by our own methodology. It covers every functional area within our system as well as supporting all implementation processes.
The implementation approach comprises the following phases:
